Q Do you open on public holidays?

Yes, we are open from 9AM-2PM on every public holiday…EXCEPT on New Year's day, Easter Monday and Christmas day. You can always call us for more information.

Q Do you accept card payments?

Yes, we accept Verve, Master and Visa cards. You can also make payments using cash or cheque.

Q What HMOs do you support?

Liberty blue, Total Health Trust, Royal Exchange, Zenith Medical Care, UNIC health and so many others are Health Maintenance Organisations that we accept. You can contact your health center or HMO provider for details.

Q Do i fast before coming?

Many of our procedures would require you to eat before coming to the clinic. You should also take any medications that your doctor prescribed.

Q What do I need to bring on my first visit?

If you were referred from your primary hospital, kindly bring along your referral letter as well as your HMO card, if you have one and you would get registered. Otherwise, you can simply pay for registration and consultation so that you can see a dentist.

Q Can my child come alone?

We do not attend to children under the age of 16 if they are not accompanied by a least one parent or guardian

Q How can I avoid a long waiting time to see a dentist?

Because we see patients on a ‘first come’ basis, the best way to avoid this is to call ahead and book an appointment. However, even as a walk-in, our waiting times are relatively very short because we have several surgeries and are fully staffed.

Q How long do procedures take?

This really depends on the exact problem as well as the kind of procedure, as a simple filling can take as little as 5-10 minutes while a root canal can take up to 40 minutes.

Q Aren’t X-rays harmful?

X-rays are used to create images that we see as radiographs and they can be harmful when you are constantly exposed to them. However, you should rest assured that the amount of exposure is very little and even if you have to take several radiographs, you would be just fine

Q Can I take an x-ray if I am pregnant?

Yes. Pregnant women can have radiographs taken as we would provide a lead jacket to cover your belly, protecting your unborn child.

Q What if I have an emergency when you are closed?

You can readily reach us via phone or email and we would assist you.
